The WPS modules are fully compatible with the modules of MS Office namely the Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. This set of products use the MS document formats DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT, etc. It works with these MS Office compatible files as its own, The auto-save feature ensures your documents are completely safe during work. Priority tab feature helps switch between multiple documents and work on a group of related documents. Sharing of documents between team members is easily done through built in email functions. Spell check is available in different languages. Document contents can be protected by encrypting the same. Documents can be saved as PDF, which is a big help in business communications. The Writer or the equivalent of the MS Word has a rich set of text, paragraph and shape formatting tools. Many different page layout options are available. You could make quick changes to margins and spacing using the Paragraph tool. Sophisticated collaboration features include tracking changes, spell check and comments.
Presentation features include easy to use user interface, sophisticated text, paragraph and shape formatting features along with capability to add photos, videos, sound and more to presentations. Dozens of templates are available to make the starting of a presentation very easy. Inserting and editing of graphs, charts and tables are easily done. Presenter notes are big help. With the Worksheet module, you can create multiple worksheets. It has some 160 functions and formula of everyday use. It is supported by pivot tables, freeze frames, sorting, table styles and other functions. Charts, including bar, pie, line and column can be created. Sophisticated features of text and table formatting are available. This is a very good product.
